Class teachers should continue to be a parent’s first port of call, as they support the children on a daily basis and are always more than happy to discuss children’s progress and provision. If, however, parents have very specific concerns or issues relating to their child’s additional needs or development, then the SENCo Surgery is an ideal opportunity to discuss these in a supportive environment.
Drop-in sessions for parents are now available every month via the SENCO Surgery. If you would like to sign up, please check the available dates and times below and let the office know you would like to book.
The SENCo Surgeries are held every 3 weeks on a Tuesday between 8.00am- 11am. Parents can book a 15 minute appointment between these times by emailing our school administrators at stclements@oceanlearning.org.uk or using the contact form below.
The dates for the Autumn Term are as follows:
Tuesday 14th January 2020
Tuesday 4th February 2020
Tuesday 25th February 2020
Tuesday 17th March 2020
Tuesday 31st March 2020
If your child already has an SEN Support/EHC Plan, you do not need to attend the SENCO Surgeries. Miss Hughes will contact you during the year to arrange a review meeting every term.
Please use this contact form to book a Senco Surgery appointment.
