Special Educational Needs Parent Support

Do you have worries or concerns about your child's needs? Do you need a listening ear? Would you like some support on a 1-1 basis?

Class teachers should continue to be a parent’s first port of call, as they support the children on a daily basis and are always more than happy to discuss children’s progress and provision.

If, however, parents have very specific concerns or issues relating to their child’s additional needs or development, then the SENCo Surgery is an ideal opportunity to discuss these in a supportive environment.

Drop-in sessions for parents are now available every month via the SENCO Surgery.

If you would like to sign up, please check the available dates and times below and let the office know you would like to book.

The SENCo Surgeries are held every 3 weeks on a TBC between 8.00am- 11am. Parents can book a 15 minute appointment between these times by emailing our school administrators at or using the contact form below.

Children with anxiety

There is an expert parent's guide which we recommend for all parents to read.

It offers practical guidance in how best to support your child:

Understanding Dyslexia

This guide for families is really clear and is written by Parent Champions who are an independent network, offering support and help.
