Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, visitors and volunteers to share this commitment.
If you have any concerns regarding the safeguarding of any of our pupils please contact one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads: Mr Poole, Miss Rutherford, Miss Bailey, Ms Shenton, Mrs Torrens

Across the federation, we aim to deliver active and high quality P.E sessions that develop children’s competence and confidence with all types of physical activity. Alongside a balanced curriculum, which includes invasion games, gym, dance and athletics, we also offer a wide range of active after school clubs and are involved in several local school leagues. It is our overarching aim that all children leaving the federation at the end of Year Six would be physically literate and armed with the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
Year Five and Six Dance Club meets every Friday afternoon to groove, shake and shimmy to a wide range of rhythms and music – from flowing, contemporary routines to up-tempo African beats. We welcome all dancers – you don’t need to be a street superstar, or a “popping and locking” whizz kid to get involved! Look out for our special Christmas and Easter performances – and our Spotlight Showcase at the Pavilion during the Summer term!
